The Bird Eater Ebook Review

Twenty years back, the strange death of his auntie left Aaron Holbrook orphaned and alone. He abandoned his rural Arkansas home town vowing never ever to return, till his seven-year-old son died in a mishap, plunging Aaron into a headache of addiction and sorrow. Desperate to recover a piece of himself, he returns to the hillsides of his childhood, to Holbrook Residence, where he wishes to discover peace amongst the memories of his youth. But solace does not come simple. Someone-- or something-- has other plans.

Like Aaron, Holbrook Home is however a shell of what it when was, a target for vandals and ghost hunters who have actually nicknamed it "the devil's den." Aaron does not think in the paranormal-- a minimum of, not up until a weird boy begins following him anywhere he goes. Plagued by violent dreams and troubling visions, Aaron starts to question if he's losing his mind. But a festering darkness lurks at the heart of Holbrook House ... a darkness that smiles from within the shadows, delighting in Aaron's sorrow, biding its time.
